La estancia ha sido muy buena. Habitaciones amplias, camas muy cómodas, baño completo y el personal muy amable, sobre todo una chica argentina y otra chica rubia de mallorca.

staff were friendly and accommodating throughout, especially on arrival as out trip from Toulouse was heavily delayed so we w ere provided codes and access to our room to then 'officially' check in the next morning. Breakfast was good, room was clean and tidy and maintained well during the week

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Excellent value, warm, clean and comfortable. Rooms serviced every day and clean towels provided. Breakfast was perfect, fresh warm croissants and freahly squeezed orange juice were delicious. Short walk to gondola or lift. Be sure to rental a locker beside the slopes so you dont have to carry skis every day. Hotel is across the road from the Andbus stop. Perfect.

I loved everything! Kids thought wifi was average.

Everything other than the small bed was very bouncy as I quite like the my bed a little harder. But would stay again.

En general muy satisfecho. El trato, la ubicación y el servicio tanto de limpieza como de desayuno y recepción.

El wifi era bastante inestable. El agua caliente fluctuaba siendo difícil regular la temperatura. El baño pequeño tenía una ducha demasiado pequeña.

Location is about 100m from getting off the bus. All staff are the friendliest, helpful, most welcoming staff I’ve come across. The breakfast is just incredible between 8-10am, properly sets you up for the day. We ended up buying our ski passes through the hotel as they do day passes at reduced price which was perfect for the unexpected days limited lifts were open. Bedroom request of Bath and double bed was delivered, very hot water so amazing baths and great WiFi. Cleaners were fantastic and even though we didn’t want our room cleaned they were always asking if they could. Will be coming back again and recommending to all!

Hotel pequeño. Con buena calefacción, a 250 metros del telesilla andando, camas cómodas, desayuno muy bueno y los empleados tod@s súper amables y profesionales. Limpieza de 10! Si no fuera por su wifi pésimo repetiríamos sin duda.

Es un gran PERO porque nos alojamos en la planta 6 y el wifi era pésimo a todas horas. No pudimos utilizar los servicios de streaming como netflix o youtube, imposible.

Nous étions logés au dernier étage et avons pu dénoter un problème d’eau récurrent lors des douches : manque de pression et problème d’eau chaude.

Comfortable rooms, staff were very accommodating, breakfast was really good and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

Good value for money accomodation and this was my 5th or 6th stay..

Wi fi in room not good and as Andorra you can not use Data Roaming as it costs too much.. Not Panda fault Andorran Government Problem 🤔
